End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract related to the use of the 잇잇잇 (끝말잇기) app ("App"). This app contains user-generated content and applies an absolute zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or harmful content. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App under the following conditions:

• Use the App for personal purposes only
• Keep copies of the App for backup purposes only
• Use the App in compliance with legal requirements

3. Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works of the App
• Unauthorized distribution, sale, or commercial use of the App
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of the App
• Transmission of illegal or harmful content through the App
• Actions that interfere with other users' use of the App

4. User Content

For all content created, uploaded, or shared through the App ("User Content"), you warrant the following:

• Ownership or right to use the User Content
• User Content does not infringe on third-party rights
• User Content is not illegal or harmful

We reserve the right to monitor User Content and delete content or suspend accounts when violations are found.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

We apply a Zero Tolerance Policy for offensive or harmful content or users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove such content or block users who violate these terms. The following behaviors are subject to immediate sanctions:

• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or promotion of prejudice against race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.
• Violence and Threats: Promotion of violence, death threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism-related content
• Sexual Content: Pornography, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual content targeting minors
• Privacy Violations: Unauthorized disclosure of personal information, stalking, harassment, defamation
• Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal activities such as drugs, weapons trading, illegal gambling, fraud
• Spam and Malicious Content: Commercial spam, phishing, malicious links, virus distribution

Sanctions: When violations are found, we may immediately take the following actions:

• Immediate deletion of the relevant content
• Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts
• Request for legal action
• Reporting to relevant authorities

Reporting System: If you discover inappropriate content or users, please report immediately through the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate actions are taken.

6. Privacy Protection

A separate Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and protection of personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy when using the App.

7. Service Interruption

We may suspend App services in the following cases:

• Regular maintenance
• Resolution of technical issues
• Compliance with legal requirements
• Updates for service improvement

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for the following:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using the App
• Data loss or corruption
• Damages from service interruption
• Damages from third-party actions

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for using the App.

10. Termination of Agreement

This license automatically terminates in the following cases:

• Violation of this EULA's terms
• Discontinuation of App use
• Termination due to legal requirements

Upon termination of the agreement, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may change this EULA with prior notice. Changes are notified through app updates or website announcements.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is interpreted according to Korean law, and the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction in case of disputes.

13. Other Provisions

• If any part of this EULA is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
• Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• This EULA represents the complete agreement between the parties.
