USH Liney is provided by OZMANOZCO. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

USH Liney helps you browse park information, show your location on maps, save routes, share route links, and receive optional wait-time alerts.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:

• approximate or precise location data while the map or my-location feature is active
• favorites, saved routes, shared route links, and planning preferences used for park navigation
• push notification tokens and alert preferences when you enable notifications
• local preferences such as language, onboarding status, saved settings, or feature toggles stored on your device
• crash logs, performance metrics, and basic device information used for stability and analytics
• advertising identifiers and ad interaction signals used to deliver or measure ads

3. Permissions and Device Access

The app asks for device permissions only when they are needed for features you choose to use:

• location permission to show your position on the map or help build routes
• notification permission to send alerts or updates you choose to receive
• App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS when you allow more relevant advertising

4. How We Use Information

We use processed information for the following purposes:

• to show park information on maps, build routes, share route links, and support alert features
• to deliver optional push notifications or reminders you choose to receive
• to deliver ads, manage ad frequency, and measure advertising performance
• to diagnose crashes, improve performance, and monitor overall service stability

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app.

The following third-party services may process data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase platform services (for analytics, crash reporting, remote config, authentication, cloud data, and notifications)
• Google Maps SDK

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data usually remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app, or uninstall the app.

Saved routes, favorites, and planning state are typically kept on your device. Push tokens and certain alert settings may be stored in Firebase-backed services while alert features are enabled. Location data is used only while the relevant map or routing feature is active.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information processed for the app. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk appropriate to the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, our services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
