PinLuckr is provided by OZMANOZCO. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

PinLuckr stores local game maps, loads community maps from the cloud, and can save or share recordings when you choose.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:

• anonymous account identifiers used to keep your cloud-backed data linked to your device
• saved local maps, game setups, and app settings stored on your device
• community-shared map data, reports, and related cloud submissions when you use cloud map features
• recordings, exported media, or gallery save actions when you choose to save or share output
• crash logs, performance metrics, and basic device information used for stability and analytics
• advertising identifiers and ad interaction signals used to deliver or measure ads

3. Permissions and Device Access

The app asks for device permissions only when they are needed for features you choose to use:

• microphone permission to measure sound or record media when you start that feature
• photo library permission to access exported recordings or related media you want to keep
• photo library add permission to save exported images or recordings to your gallery

4. How We Use Information

We use processed information for the following purposes:

• to manage local maps, browse community maps, handle reports, and keep cloud map features working
• to record gameplay, save exported media to your device, and share results when you choose
• to deliver ads, manage ad frequency, and measure advertising performance
• to diagnose crashes, improve performance, and monitor overall service stability

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app.

The following third-party services may process data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase services (Analytics, Remote Config, Authentication, and Cloud Firestore)

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data usually remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app, or uninstall the app.

Local maps and game setups stay on your device. Community map submissions, reports, and anonymous account records may remain in Firebase-backed services until removed or moderated.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information processed for the app. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk appropriate to the app.
