ParkPin Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ParkPin is provided by OZMANOZCO. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, how it may be shared, and how you can contact us.

ParkPin does not require an account. Parking records are stored locally on your device by default, and OZMANOZCO does not operate an application server that stores those records.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:

• Parking records: precise parking coordinates, date and time, an optional camera photo, floor or zone information, and an optional memo stored on your device.
• Android Bluetooth settings: the identifier of a Bluetooth device selected as your vehicle.
• Parking-reminder exception areas (Android): the area name, center coordinates, and 250-meter radius stored in app preferences.
• Temporary Android location: one current location request after the selected vehicle Bluetooth disconnects. A cached fix no more than one minute old may satisfy the request; if it is unavailable, ParkPin may use one Android last-known fix no more than five minutes old.
• Map and address requests: map tile coordinates and coordinate or address queries needed to display maps or resolve an address.
• Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, app and OS version, device type, language, IP address, identifiers, crash logs, stack traces, and performance diagnostics that third-party SDKs may process.
• Advertising and purchases: advertising identifiers and interactions where permitted, plus product, transaction, receipt, and entitlement information processed by RevenueCat and the app store.
• Communications: your email address, message, and information you choose to provide when you contact us.

3. Permissions and Device Access

The app asks for device access only when needed for features you choose to use:

• Precise or approximate location: to save a parking position, show distance and direction, resolve an address, and support Parking-reminder exception areas.
• Background location on Android: only for the optional Parking-reminder exception areas feature described in Section 5.
• Bluetooth or Nearby devices: to identify the selected vehicle and detect its Bluetooth connection or disconnection.
• Camera: to take an optional parking photo.
• Notifications: to deliver parking reminders and status notifications.

Permissions are optional unless required by a feature you choose. You can deny or revoke them in device settings. Unrelated ParkPin features remain available.

4. How We Use Information

We use processed information for the following purposes:

• to save and display your parking location and related details;
• to help you return to the saved location using a map, distance, and direction;
• to display map tiles and resolve coordinates or addresses;
• to provide parking reminders and suppress a Bluetooth-disconnection reminder inside a saved exception area;
• to maintain, troubleshoot, secure, configure, and improve the app;
• to display and measure advertising, subject to consent and device settings;
• to manage purchases and premium entitlements; and
• to respond to support requests.

5. Location Data and Background Location

ParkPin uses precise location when you ask it to save or show a parking position.

On Android, ParkPin offers the optional Parking-reminder exception areas feature. If you save an exception area and grant background location permission, ParkPin collects location data when your selected vehicle Bluetooth disconnects, even when the app is closed or not in use. It requests one current location fix, may accept a cached fix no more than one minute old, and waits for no more than seven seconds. If no fix is available, it may fall back to one Android last-known location no more than five minutes old. ParkPin compares that location on your device with your saved 250-meter exception areas to decide whether to suppress a parking reminder.

• It does not start continuous location tracking.
• It does not save the temporary location fix as a parking record.
• It does not send that temporary fix to an OZMANOZCO server, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, or another advertising or analytics service.
• It uses the temporary fix only for the on-device exception-area comparison.

Saved exception-area coordinates, radius, name, and the selected vehicle Bluetooth identifier remain in Android app preferences and may be included in Android OS backup. Background location is not required for manual parking saves or unrelated features and can be revoked at any time.

6. Sharing and Third-Party Services

ParkPin does not upload locally stored parking records to a ParkPin-operated application server. We do not sell personal information. The following services may process limited information under their own policies:

• OpenStreetMap tile services: provide map images. Requests may include an IP address, request time, network information, and tile coordinates indicating the viewed map area.
• System geocoder: Apple, Google, or another system provider may process coordinate or address queries depending on your device.
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config)
• RevenueCat: validates purchases and manages premium entitlement status.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: process purchases and store records. Android backup providers may also process backed-up app preferences.

The temporary background location fix described in Section 5 is not provided by ParkPin to these advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, purchase, or server services.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Parking records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to device-level backup behavior.

Android exception areas and the selected vehicle Bluetooth identifier remain in app preferences until you remove or replace them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Backup copies follow the backup provider's retention rules.

The temporary location fix used for an exception-area comparison is not retained by ParkPin after the comparison. Third-party providers retain analytics, crash, advertising, purchase, map-request, and support information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

ParkPin is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to children. The app does not require an account or ask users to provide their age. If you believe a child sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Security

We limit parking-record processing primarily to your device and rely on operating-system storage, permission, and app-sandbox protections. The Android background-location feature is limited to one time-limited current-location request and, if needed, one recent last-known location fallback for its stated purpose. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when ParkPin's features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.

ParkPin은 계정을 요구하지 않습니다. 주차 기록은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, OZMANOZCO는 해당 기록을 저장하는 별도의 앱 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 처리하는 정보

앱 기능에 따라 다음과 같은 범주의 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 주차 기록: 기기에 저장되는 정확한 주차 좌표, 저장 날짜와 시간, 선택적으로 촬영한 사진, 층 또는 구역 정보, 메모
• Android Bluetooth 설정: 차량으로 선택한 Bluetooth 기기의 식별자
• 주차 알림 예외 지역(Android): 앱 환경설정에 저장되는 지역 이름, 중심 좌표, 250m 반경
• 일시적인 Android 위치: 선택한 차량 Bluetooth 연결이 해제된 뒤 현재 위치를 한 번 요청합니다. 1분 이내의 캐시 위치로 요청이 충족될 수 있으며, 위치를 얻지 못하면 Android가 보유한 5분 이내의 마지막 확인 위치 1건을 사용할 수 있습니다.
• 지도 및 주소 요청: 지도 표시나 주소 확인에 필요한 지도 타일 좌표 및 좌표·주소 검색어
• 사용 및 진단 정보: 제3자 SDK가 처리할 수 있는 앱 사용 동작, 앱 및 OS 버전, 기기 유형, 언어, IP 주소, 식별자, 충돌 로그, 스택 트레이스 및 성능 진단 정보
• 광고 및 구매 정보: 허용된 경우의 광고 식별자와 상호작용, RevenueCat과 앱 스토어가 처리하는 상품, 거래, 영수증 및 이용 권한 정보
• 문의 정보: 당사에 연락할 때 사용자가 제공하는 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 기타 정보

3. 권한 및 기기 접근

앱은 사용자가 선택한 기능을 제공하기 위해 필요한 경우에만 기기 접근을 요청합니다.

• 정확한 위치 또는 대략적인 위치: 주차 위치 저장, 거리와 방향 표시, 주소 확인 및 주차 알림 예외 지역 기능에 사용
• Android 백그라운드 위치: 제5절에 설명된 선택 기능인 주차 알림 예외 지역에만 사용
• Bluetooth 또는 근처 기기: 선택한 차량을 식별하고 Bluetooth 연결 및 연결 해제를 감지하는 데 사용
• 카메라: 선택적으로 주차 사진을 촬영하는 데 사용
• 알림: 주차 알림 및 상태 알림을 제공하는 데 사용

권한은 사용자가 선택한 기능에 필요한 경우를 제외하면 선택 사항입니다. 기기 설정에서 언제든지 거부하거나 철회할 수 있으며, 관련 없는 ParkPin 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 정보 이용 목적

처리된 정보는 다음 목적을 위해 사용됩니다.

• 주차 위치와 관련 세부 정보를 저장하고 표시하기 위해
• 지도, 거리 및 방향을 이용해 저장한 위치로 돌아갈 수 있도록 돕기 위해
• 지도 타일을 표시하고 좌표 또는 주소를 확인하기 위해
• 주차 알림을 제공하고 저장된 예외 지역 안에서는 Bluetooth 연결 해제 알림을 보내지 않기 위해
• 앱을 유지관리하고, 문제를 해결하고, 보호하고, 구성하고, 개선하기 위해
• 관련 동의 및 기기 설정에 따라 광고를 표시하고 성과를 측정하기 위해
• 구매 및 프리미엄 이용 권한을 관리하기 위해
• 고객지원 문의에 응답하기 위해

5. 위치 정보 및 백그라운드 위치

ParkPin은 사용자가 주차 위치를 저장하거나 확인하도록 요청할 때 정확한 위치 정보를 사용합니다.

Android에서는 선택 기능인 주차 알림 예외 지역을 제공합니다. 사용자가 예외 지역을 저장하고 백그라운드 위치 권한을 허용하면, ParkPin은 앱이 닫혀 있거나 사용 중이 아닐 때에도 선택한 차량 Bluetooth 연결이 해제되면 위치 정보를 수집합니다. 이때 현재 위치를 한 번 요청하고 1분 이내의 캐시 위치를 허용하며 최대 7초까지만 기다립니다. 위치를 얻지 못하면 Android가 보유한 5분 이내의 마지막 확인 위치 1건을 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 위치와 저장한 반경 250m의 예외 지역을 기기 안에서 비교하여 주차 등록 알림을 보내지 않을지 판단합니다.

• 지속적인 위치 추적을 시작하지 않습니다.
• 비교에 사용한 일시적인 위치를 주차 기록으로 저장하지 않습니다.
• 해당 일시적인 위치를 OZMANOZCO 서버, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat 또는 다른 광고·분석 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다.
• 해당 위치는 기기 내 예외 지역 비교에만 사용합니다.

저장된 예외 지역의 좌표, 반경, 이름 및 선택한 차량 Bluetooth 식별자는 Android 앱 환경설정에 남으며 Android OS 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 수동 주차 저장 및 관련 없는 기능에는 백그라운드 위치 권한이 필요하지 않으며 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.

6. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스

ParkPin은 기기에 로컬로 저장된 주차 기록을 ParkPin이 운영하는 앱 서버에 업로드하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다음 서비스는 자체 방침에 따라 제한된 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

• OpenStreetMap 타일 서비스: 지도 이미지를 제공하며 요청에 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 네트워크 정보 및 보고 있는 지도 영역을 나타낼 수 있는 타일 좌표가 포함될 수 있습니다.
• 시스템 지오코더: 기기 설정에 따라 Apple, Google 또는 다른 시스템 제공자가 좌표나 주소 검색 요청을 처리할 수 있습니다.
• Google AdMob(광고)
• Firebase 서비스(Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
• RevenueCat: 구매를 검증하고 프리미엄 이용 권한 상태를 관리합니다.
• Apple App Store 및 Google Play: 구매 및 스토어 기록을 처리합니다. Android 백업 제공자가 백업된 앱 환경설정을 처리할 수도 있습니다.

제5절의 일시적인 백그라운드 위치를 ParkPin이 이러한 광고, 분석, 오류 보고, 구매 또는 서버 서비스에 제공하지 않습니다.

7. 보관 및 삭제

주차 기록은 사용자가 삭제하거나, 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남습니다. 기기 수준의 백업 방식이 적용될 수 있습니다.

Android 예외 지역 및 선택한 차량 Bluetooth 식별자는 사용자가 삭제 또는 교체하거나, 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 앱 환경설정에 남습니다. 백업 사본에는 백업 제공자의 보유 기준이 적용됩니다.

예외 지역 비교에 사용한 일시적인 위치는 비교가 끝난 뒤 ParkPin에 보관되지 않습니다. 제3자 서비스는 자체 정책과 법적 의무에 따라 분석, 오류, 광고, 구매, 지도 요청 및 고객지원 정보를 보유합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

ParkPin은 일반 사용자를 위한 유틸리티 앱이며 아동을 특별히 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 앱은 계정을 요구하거나 사용자의 나이를 묻지 않습니다. 아동이 당사에 개인정보를 직접 보냈다고 판단되는 경우 연락해 주시면 확인 후 필요한 경우 삭제하겠습니다.

9. 보안

당사는 주차 기록 처리를 주로 사용자 기기 안으로 제한하고 운영체제의 저장소, 권한 및 앱 샌드박스 보호 기능을 이용합니다. Android 백그라운드 위치 기능은 명시한 목적을 위한 시간 제한이 있는 현재 위치 1회 요청과, 필요한 경우 최근의 마지막 확인 위치 1회 보완으로 제한합니다. 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.

10. 방침 변경

ParkPin의 기능, 제3자 서비스 또는 관련 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경된 방침에는 새로운 시행일을 표시하며 필요한 경우 추가로 안내합니다.

• AndroidのBluetooth設定: 車両として選択したBluetooth機器の識別子
• 駐車通知の除外エリア（Android）: アプリ設定に保存されるエリア名、中心座標、半径250メートル
• 一時的なAndroid位置情報: 選択した車両のBluetooth接続解除後に現在地を1回リクエストします。1分以内のキャッシュ位置でリクエストが満たされる場合があり、取得できない場合はAndroidが保持する5分以内の直近の既知位置1件を使用することがあります。
• 地図および住所のリクエスト: 地図表示または住所特定に必要な地図タイル座標、座標または住所の検索内容
• 利用および診断情報: 第三者SDKが処理する場合があるアプリ操作、アプリとOSのバージョン、端末種類、言語、IPアドレス、識別子、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、性能診断情報
• 広告および購入情報: 許可されている場合の広告識別子と操作情報、RevenueCatおよびアプリストアが処理する商品、取引、レシート、利用権限情報
• お問い合わせ情報: 当社へ連絡する際に提供するメールアドレス、メッセージ、その他の情報

3. 権限と端末アクセス

アプリは、利用者が選んだ機能に必要な場合に限って端末アクセスを求めます。

• 正確な位置情報またはおおよその位置情報: 駐車位置の保存、距離と方向の表示、住所の特定、「駐車通知の除外エリア」機能のため
• Androidのバックグラウンド位置情報: 第5節の任意機能「駐車通知の除外エリア」のためにのみ使用
• Bluetoothまたは付近のデバイス: 選択した車両の識別とBluetooth接続・接続解除の検出のため
• カメラ: 任意の駐車写真を撮影するため
• 通知: 駐車リマインダーおよび状態通知を配信するため

権限は、選択した機能に必要な場合を除き任意です。端末設定からいつでも拒否または取り消すことができ、無関係なParkPin機能は引き続き利用できます。

4. 情報の利用目的

処理された情報は次の目的で利用されます。

• 駐車位置および関連情報を保存・表示するため
• 地図、距離、方向を使って保存位置へ戻るのを支援するため
• 地図タイルを表示し、座標または住所を特定するため
• 駐車リマインダーを提供し、保存済み除外エリア内ではBluetooth接続解除リマインダーを抑制するため
• アプリの保守、問題解決、保護、設定、改善のため
• 同意および端末設定に従い広告を表示・測定するため
• 購入およびプレミアム利用権限を管理するため
• サポートへのお問い合わせに対応するため

5. 位置情報およびバックグラウンド位置情報

ParkPinは、駐車位置の保存または表示を求めたときに高精度の位置情報を使用します。

Androidでは、任意機能「駐車通知の除外エリア」を提供します。除外エリアを保存してバックグラウンド位置情報を許可すると、アプリが閉じているときや使用されていないときでも、選択した車両のBluetooth接続が解除された際にParkPinが位置情報を収集します。その際、現在地を1回リクエストし、1分以内のキャッシュ位置を許容して、最大7秒だけ待機します。取得できない場合は、Androidが保持する5分以内の直近の既知位置1件を使用することがあります。その位置と端末内に保存済みの半径250メートルの除外エリアを比較し、駐車リマインダーを抑制するか判定します。

• 継続的な位置追跡を開始しません。
• 比較に使用した一時的な位置情報を駐車記録として保存しません。
• 一時的な位置情報をOZMANOZCOのサーバー、Firebase Analytics、Firebase Crashlytics、Firebase Remote Config、Google Mobile Ads、RevenueCat、その他の広告・分析サービスへ送信しません。
• 一時的な位置情報は端末内の除外エリア比較にのみ使用します。

保存済み除外エリアの座標、半径、名称および選択した車両のBluetooth識別子はAndroidのアプリ設定に残り、Android OSのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。手動での駐車保存や無関係な機能にバックグラウンド位置情報は不要で、いつでも権限を取り消せます。

6. 第三者サービス

ParkPinは端末内に保存された駐車記録をParkPin運営のアプリ用サーバーへアップロードせず、個人情報を販売しません。以下のサービスは、各自のポリシーに従って限定的な情報を処理する場合があります。

• OpenStreetMapタイルサービス: 地図画像を提供し、リクエストにはIPアドレス、時刻、ネットワーク情報、表示中の地図範囲を示す可能性があるタイル座標が含まれる場合があります。
• システムジオコーダー: 端末設定に応じてApple、Googleまたは別のシステム提供者が座標や住所の検索を処理する場合があります。
• Google AdMob（広告）
• Firebaseサービス（Analytics、Crashlytics、Remote Config）
• RevenueCat: 購入を検証し、プレミアム利用権限を管理します。
• Apple App StoreおよびGoogle Play: 購入とストア記録を処理します。Androidのバックアップ提供者がバックアップされたアプリ設定を処理する場合もあります。

第5節の一時的なバックグラウンド位置情報を、ParkPinがこれらの広告、分析、クラッシュ報告、購入、サーバーサービスへ提供することはありません。

7. 保管と削除

駐車記録は、削除、アプリデータの消去、またはアプリのアンインストールまで端末に残ります。端末レベルのバックアップ動作が適用される場合があります。

Androidの除外エリアおよび選択した車両のBluetooth識別子は、削除・置換、アプリデータの消去、またはアンインストールまでアプリ設定に残ります。バックアップのコピーにはバックアップ提供者の保持方針が適用されます。

除外エリア比較に使った一時的な位置情報は、比較後にParkPinによって保持されません。第三者サービスは各自のポリシーと法的義務に従い、分析、クラッシュ、広告、購入、地図リクエスト、サポート情報を保持します。

8. 子どものプライバシー

ParkPinは一般利用者向けのユーティリティで、子どもを特に対象としていません。アカウントや年齢入力は求めません。子どもが当社へ個人情報を直接送信したと思われる場合は、確認し必要に応じて削除しますのでご連絡ください。

9. セキュリティ

駐車記録の処理を主に端末内に限定し、OSの保存領域、権限、アプリサンドボックスの保護を利用します。Androidのバックグラウンド位置情報機能は、明示した目的のための時間制限付き現在地リクエスト1回と、必要な場合の直近の既知位置1件による補完に限定します。完全に安全な保存・送信方法はありません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

ParkPinの機能、第三者サービス、法的要件が変更された場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。改定版には新しい施行日を表示し、必要に応じて追加でお知らせします。
