One Shot Word Privacy Policy

One Shot Word is provided by OZMANOZCO. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

One Shot Word searches a cloud-hosted Korean word database and can keep bookmark state for your lookups.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:

• search terms, filters, and dictionary lookup state used to fetch word results
• saved bookmarks or favorites linked to your app usage
• local preferences such as language, onboarding status, saved settings, or feature toggles stored on your device
• crash logs, performance metrics, and basic device information used for stability and analytics
• advertising identifiers and ad interaction signals used to deliver or measure ads

3. Permissions and Device Access

The app does not require sensitive device permissions for its core features.

4. How We Use Information

We use processed information for the following purposes:

• to fetch dictionary results, keep bookmark state, and improve lookup performance
• to deliver ads, manage ad frequency, and measure advertising performance
• to diagnose crashes, improve performance, and monitor overall service stability

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app.

The following third-party services may process data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Firestore)

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data usually remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app, or uninstall the app.

Bookmark state and dictionary-related cloud records may remain in Firebase-backed collections while you continue using those features.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
