Han Viewer is provided by OZMANOZCO. This policy explains what information the app processes, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

Han Viewer opens HWP and HWPX documents, remembers recent files on your device, and lets you search, export, or share documents.

Depending on the features you use, the app may process the following categories of information:

• document files you open, recent document history, and local document metadata stored on your device
• crash logs, performance metrics, and basic device information used for stability and analytics

3. Permissions and Device Access

The app does not require sensitive device permissions for its core features.

4. How We Use Information

We use processed information for the following purposes:

• to open, render, search, edit, export, and share documents you choose
• to diagnose crashes, improve performance, and monitor overall service stability

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app.

The following third-party services may process data on our behalf:

• Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data usually remains on your device until you remove it, clear the app, or uninstall the app.

Document files and recent document history stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them. The app does not upload document contents to our servers by default.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
